A lakeside bunkhouse designed for six lucky guests.

With only an initial slab spec'd for a 3-boat garage along with our client's aspiration to host more family & friends, we set out to design this guesthouse from the ground-up. By adding a second story with charming shed dormers, we seamlessly introduced a spacious living area, game area, bar, & spa-like bathroom while creating cozy sleeping accommodations for six guests – all with picturesque lakeside views that inspired a connected material & color story. Through detailed documentation, strong communication & a close partnership, complemented by a couple of site visits, we masterfully executed this remote build with flawless results.
