A strategic reno transformed this home into an elevated, romantic cottage.

To achieve a seamless, high-end kitchen design without heavy demo, we removed clunky uppers, refaced key doors & drawers, including the island end caps, & introduced a custom reeded corner cabinet. An added dreamy skylight highlights new calacatta marble & jewelry-like hardware weaves elegance throughout. The true pièce de résistance is the sweet lavender-tinted cabinet paint, infusing charm, alongside the rustic rough-sawn beams that unite the open plan. A plaster cocooned powder bath, enhanced with a Waterworks faucet & complemented by a new pendant light & stocked-vanity, exudes allure. The highlight? The little girl's bathroom adorned in limestone picket tile, featuring a custom mauve-drenched vanity with a vintage-inspired toe kick, custom wainscoting, soft clay walls, & an elevated Waterworks suite.
